booking changes & Cancelation policy

 Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances happen. To keep my policy consistent and fair, I require a minimum of 36 hours' notice for all changes and cancelations to preserve your deposit.

This policy includes changes to the reserved appointment time or services booked. 

Appointments changed or canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice will forfeit the prepaid 25% deposit.

If a deposit was not collected, a fee equal to 25% of the services booked will apply. 

Appointments changed or canceled with 36+ hours’ notice will receive an automatic refund of the prepaid 25% deposit.
